Arrival Coordinator

Portland Apartments is a luxury serviced apartment company offering corporate accommodation to major blue chip clients across London and Bristol. A pioneer in this growing industry, our portfolio of stock has grown from 90 units at the end of 2009 to over 290 today. Due to our continued expansion, Portland Apartments are seeking energetic and highly motivated Arrival Coordinator to work at our London Office.

Whilst guests are staying in our apartments, you are their primary contact and must respond to their requests and queries. You are responsible for preparing apartments for their arrival and meeting them if necessary.
This will involve liaising closely with the operations co-ordinators, night arrivals co-ordinator and maintenance assistants and housekeeping team. You are responsible for helping ensure that all guests receive a service level which exceeds their expectations when staying in our London apartments.

Salary: £17,000 plus bonus pool allocation of £2,000 will be available to you as part of your personal bonus scheme
